Women and men of all ages and levels of health and fitness are welcome to our Old Style Tai Chi – Health, Old Style Feng Shou – Self-Defence – Martial Arts classes in Bristol, Somerset, and Devon. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate or advanced, our training – exercise sessions are designed to improve everyone’s health and well-being; hence from our Tai Chi for health to our Feng Shou for self-defence, you can learn to maintain a balance, calmness, and relaxation. Our students, through a regular practice, are empowered with their training that helps them to regain their natural body movement and mindfulness. The lessons we learn in our Harmony Palm practice can be equally applied in all other areas of everyone’s life. We provide a friendly, safe as well as supportive environment to learn the ancient Taoist Arts.
Small print: Please note that Harmony Arts Association Membership Fees shall apply to all of the above classes after 4 classes have been attended as follows: (1) under-16’s – £30 per year; (2) over-16’s – £40 per year.
